+ -1 moreResponse time was slow. It was difficult to get a definite answer for any question. It felt like pulling teeth all summer long to get things done. When calling John, It always felt like you were bothering him by calling him and asking him when they were going to show-up to do some of the work. On one occasion, I complained because the grass they had just mowed had long strips of grass still standing that the mower had NOT mowed. When I asked him to "cross cut" the front lawn, which would have taken him two min., he stated they were too busy and behind schedule to do that. When it was time for fall clean-up, they wouldn't clean out the rock beds and always showed up too early. We had trees with many leaves remaining and they said they were done for the season. They were done for good at this address!
Description of Work: Lawn care and shrub trimming from 6/2013 - 10/2014.
