Reaching the owner of the business to get an appointment took a couple of calls and messages left, but once an appointment was set, the workmen arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in the work they did. Last year they did some stump grinding, as well as tree trimming, for me, and it was also very well done. I will call again when I need more work done.

We were referred to this company by a neighbor. The owner arrived in a timely manner and provided us with a reasonable estimate. The estimate for the total work was $1800. No deposit was given, and no contract was given/signed (the contract was verbal). He let me know that within 2-3 weeks, the work should be completed. It's been almost 2 months since the estimate, and no work has been done. I called him several times and he kept having issues with his equipment, crew, etc. He wasn't prompt with returning my phone calls, either. I called him yesterday (October 25th) to let him know that we decided to use a different company, and he became irate without apolgizing for the delay of work or his slow response to my phone calls. He also tried to bully me into using him by saying that we were legally bound to use him no matter what timeframe he performed the service, which was incredibly unprofessional. We have checked with a lawyer, and in fact we do not have to use him as this was an oral contract and he did not hold up his end of the contract as far as the timeframe. Other neighbors have used this company, and they loved him, but we've had problems and decided to go with someone else.
