Description of Work: Came out very punctually to look at job and gather information to provide an estimate for the work. Said he would email something within 2-3 weeks for us to review. Four weeks passed and no word from contractor. Emailed him and got no return contact. Will definately not use this contractor and don't recommend him due to fact that he just dropped the ball completely on the whole process!

Description of Work: Nothing was done. Called numerous times. No answer and no call was ever returned.

+ 1 morePatrick did very good work, showed up when he said he would and was willing to add extra tasks to the job when another contractor backed out of the electrical work. Things took rather longer than expected, but much of the delay was my fault.
Description of Work: General remodeling, including new drywall on ceilings and walls, electrical work, laying tile and flooring.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. He was fast and very reasonably priced. The charge was $27 per hour. I would recommend this company to a family member or friend. He is very trustworthy, good communicator, and shows up on time. He was not always as curtious as I would have wanted.

+ 1 more. Very Well. Was a tough job, because another crew had screwed up the electrical and plumbing, pretending that they knew what they were doing. Mr. Juhnke came in, pointed out several mistakes, ones dangerous to my family and home.Although busy, Pat worked us into his schedule, even came by after 6 pm to work on immediate tasks. He took pictures of all the mistakes, so I could contront the other contractor and get some money back from him, which I did. Par drywalled around this guy's mistakes and put in a door leading from the pool area also.
Description of Work: Remodeling project in the basement: Put in shower w glass doors, sink, toilet. Had to rework the pipes overall the three areas including to the laundry rm and a pool area. Did the electrical to 3-way switch to ceiling fan/light/heater. Did railing plus full decking around the pool area and fix the pool ladder. Moved a light elsewhere. Put up drywall around the utiltiy area. Did whatever was needed to be done and to code. Finished the drywall in a few areas. Put in a door between bath & pool area.
