+ 1 moreI walked in to the store and was greeted by Joe, as I explained the problem he brought his technician up front to explain the process and cost associated with the repair. He also explained why that part goes bad and that he puts a 1 year warranty on the repair. just a few days later my computer is working flawlessly.
Description of Work: They provided excellent customer service and repaired my laptop when others in the area could not. The staff at Lakes Area Computer and Cell Phone replaced the graphics chip on my laptop and it works great. They offered me a 1 year warranty
