Chuck took on the job in a timely fashion. He plastered small holes and nail pops in 8 rooms. He was neat and clean. This was the second time we used this service.

We learned about Busch plaster back in 1998 from friends that had him plaster their historic lake home. I noticed the beautiful fan texture of the ceilings. As we have renovated our 6,000+ 100 year old house over the past 14 years (bigger the house, longer it takes I guess). We have used Busch plaster in every room since 1998 including when we put in a new two story stair case that Busch plastered using the temporary ladders to the third floor landing. As noted above, this last project entailed finishing off the majority of our third floor. There are several reasons to hire Busch plaster (and Yes - I really am not related to Chuck Busch and I really do not have anything to gain form this) 1) They are fast. In and out in a matter of days. 2) They are clean. There is no drywall sanding dust ! 3) If you have a victorian home, the sand texture fan finish is a must for authenticity. 4) They mix their own plaster to create the right finished look 5) It is impossible for a drywall sprayer to duplicate the look of real plaster. 6) The cost is reasonably. In fact, from my perspective, given the quality, it seems too cheap. 7) While I have never priced having a room sprayed, I can't imagine that it costs much, if any less than Busch Plaster. I'm not sure how references work on Angie's List but I would have happy to talk to anyone about Busch Plaster - they are that good !

Chuck showed up on time and was very friendly through out the whole day.

First - about 15 years ago, we were in an historic victorian lake home and noticed the plaster ceilings. Sand, coat fan finish almost a sparkle to it. Turned out to be unpainted finish coat plaster. We bought a 6,000 sq. ft. victorian disaster in 1998. We found Chuck Busch got a quote for the first floor and had him do all of our rooms. Every project since, we have used him. Price is competitive - there is no reason NOT TO PLASTER - drywall sprayers charge just as much and it always looks sprayed on (because it is). Chuck and his crew passed the wife with baby test. We had lots of contractors in the early days Chuck and crew were welcome. We have used Chuck 3 or 4 times since then. Most recently in our attic. 4 wings, the angles were everywhere. Chuck's price was right and the work was perfect. I can't recommend Chuck enough (and no - I am not related and have zero contact with him beyond his work).
