Naturescape

Initial treatment was applied April 11th, haven’t been back since. The majority of my neighborhood use Scott’s Trugreen and have had multiple treatments this year. Needless to say their lawns look substantially greener and thicker than mine. Reached out to Naturescape and was told they’ll get to it as soon as they can. Still haven’t had any additional applications as of July 3rd. Very disappointed was hoping they would be as good as Scott’s or Lawn Dr.

Naturescape is taking over lawn care for my elderly parents, and are doing a great job! This is an ongoing service.

They are very good. they quickly answer questions. I am very satisfied with the lawn and their service.

They did what they said they would do. They were professional.

They could have cleaned up the stray twigs and leaves on the walkway, but other than that the work was fine and the rest of the branch debris was cleared out and gone.

We used Naturescape for about 10 consecutive years, during which time the company appeared to increase their customer base quite a bit. Their price is very reasonable. Their products control most of what had been a bad Creeping Charlie invasion, but fail to manage another broadleaf weed. Since switching from ambulatory to ride-on application equipment we think coverage has lost accuracy and consistency. For these reasons and because as pet owners we prefer less toxic chemicals we are switching to a different company this year despite higher costs.

They come every week. I've been very pleased with their services. They're very prompt and they do a good job, they clean up after themselves.

It's been pretty good so far. No problems. They call ahead of time and do what they need to do. The grass looks good.

We have used Naturescape for 5 years now, first for applications and now adding mowing service. When we moved in our lawn was in terrible shape. Now, our lawn has never looked better. The young man that comes each week to mow our lawn does a great job. He takes the time to trim carefully and cleans up when he is finished. We will continue to use them in the future. They always call the day before an application, which I appreciate.

They have good equipment and guys who know what they are doing. I had a question about an area of my lawn and they called back right away. They have free service calls within 72 hours for any concerns.

I have not been impressed with the service I have received this year. I have called more than once to inquire when I could expect treatment as they seemed to be behind schedule. Since I had prepaid, I had hoped they would attend to my lawn in a timely manner. The last treatment is to occur in October, but as of yet my lawn has not been treated. Additionally, the lawn looks better but we still have a significant weed problem.
