Will Ramos and his partner came today to work on reattaching some trim on my roof. I cannot speak highly enough about the job they did. They were so kind and conscientious. They went above and beyond what I was expecting them to do. They even went out of their way to use special trimming nails and caulked a gap in the trim. They deserve the highest recommendation possible I would be very happy to have them back to my house again. I will definitely be calling Lifetime services again. I was able to hire someone almost immediately and was treated so well from the beginning to the end of the project.

If you do more research than I did you will know what poke and hope means. Tech missed the drain tile, told me there was not one there (there was, he missed it), tried to overcharge for a larger fan. System was vibrating throughout the house and quite loud. They said they would send a â manager out to check it out. They sent a tech who removed a bracket and said he would have installed a muffler if he had one on the truck. Who sends a tech out to a customer with a noise problem without one? Said I had to call for another appointment to get a muffler. I did that. Another â manager scheduled. The initial install tech shows up. No muffler. Says his manager says it will not help. Then says the manager is going to come by personally. Back at the office they then try to schedule the original tech to add a muffler (that would not work) and the manager is booked for 2 weeks. I am over it at this point, order a muffler and install it myself. Problem solved. Thing is, everyone seems friendly but they are wildly misaligned with one another. It was frustrating to work with them.

Extremely honest and thorough. Responded quickly and had someone out the next day. Discovered that the fan had something in it which was causing the noise and didn't need to be replaced. The servicemen were apologetic that they had to bill me for the call, even though the fan didn't need to be replaced.

Showed up on time and did a great job. Took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with the work that had been done.
