Description of Work: Installed radon abatement

Description of Work: My daughter and son in law were closing on a house and the radon level was 4.0. The bank would not let them close without having the radon corrected. Lifetime radon solutions were called and notified of the problem and house closing. They came out the very next day to install the system. We were not at the house - the sellers were so I cannot give details but after installing the new system the radon level is 0.3. We appreciate their help and understanding of the situation and their speedy installation and solution. We would definitely use them again if needed.

Description of Work: I asked them for a quote which everybody else did by visitng my house. Scot chose not to as he said it is a standard system and gave me a competitive price which I accepted. He did come on the date decided but could not do the job as indoor system would not be suitable for my house and only outside system would be suitable which could have been found out had he visited my house earlier. He chose not to call me and only came to know when I called him. We decided a different date and it was a saturday. I was enthusiastic about getting the system installed. I got no call on or before the service day and I called Scot on the date to find out that he might be able to do it and he will call me back in about 2 hours. He did not and it went to his voicemail and no response after. I was waiting whole day for communication leaving all my weekend plans.
