Great! Was dealing directly with the owner, Scott, and he was very professional. Everything was done timely and at what I felt was a reasonable cost. I'm actually suprised that it didn't cost more. About my only suggestion to the owner is to provide a bit more information on what exactly has been done. The system looks nifty and he outlined the process verbally but he might want to create a written handout for us simple minds that don't understand the pipes, fans, etc. He seems like a very honest guy so I suspect I could call him with any questions but, if I sold my house today, I'm not sure I could really explain the sytem to a new owner of the house other than to say it reduces radon levels. By the way, a third party company does the follow up testing which I was impressed with since they are a neutral party to confim whether radon levels have been reduced.

Very professional, timely, trusting! Our house is currently for sale and Scott kindly left the appropriate waiver paperwork even though payment wasn't even 'cleared' yet. I did not pursue other vendors because of the positive comments that were relayed on Angie's list regarding Lifetime. I am glad that I chose Lifetime.
Description of Work: Scott and team performed the radon testing and installed the system. The electrician will come this weekend to install the new outlet.

The level of Radon in my basement was 18 pCi/L. I had a number of estimates that guaranteed up to 4pCi/L after installing their Radon mitigation systems. The only company that guaranteed 1.5 pCi/L was Lifetime Radon Solutions (Scott Campbell). In addition, the price he quoted including parts and labor was the least of all estimates. After the system was installed, the actual Radon level has now settled at 0.3 pCi/L. The job was started on time, finished ahead of time and within budget. Great job Lifetime Radon Solutions!
