Assessment was done quickly and accurately. Proposal was submitted within 30 minutes by email. I accepted the proposal and the work scheduled within 3 days. Work started on time and was completed within 4 hours as promised. The installation was clean, expertly accomplished and courteously executed. Follow up was timely (within 24 hours). I highly recommend this company.

They we clear on what the cost would be, what was included and without any sales pressure. They coordinated with an electrical company for the outlet I needed and all came off when they said it would. No surprises no hassles. The retest came back at .3, essentially zip. They were responsive too. A minor job was left for me to complete, drywall repair/finishing the access hole in the garage that was needed to install the roof exhaust stack, which I knew was not included. I am satisfied with the job and appreciated the coordination and professionalism of the office and the work quality by the installer.

From the initial phone call, to when the technician left our home after the work was complete, the whole process was very professional. They called me back within a couple of hours after I left the initial message and with some brief information, they were able to give me a quote over the phone. We were able to get on the schedule for the next week, which was awesome. When the technician arrived, he went over what needed to be done and answered all our questions. He then completed the install and cleaned up afterwards. He reviewed the system with me so that I had the info that I needed. Overall, a great experience.

This is the most professional radon mitigation company in town. Scott and Jennifer are lovely people who really understand customer service and embrace the idea of always learning more and getting better at what they do. They don't shy away from difficult projects, and nail the easy stuff. They're not the cheapest in town, but I don't want the cheap guys in my house, because I know you get what you pay for. Their representative came out promptly(a little early actually) and give us some options and an estimate. Made an appointment to install the system. The guys were right on time. I decided to replace my sump pump as long as they were going to seal the crock. They had the necessary items on the truck. They placed the testing unit and came back in three days. Now have very low minute readings. Great work; great company! The cost included a new sump, check valve, etc.

It went very well. I can recommend this company without reservations. I did use the coupon on Angie's list to reduce the cost by $20.00

This is an excellent organization. Sandy answered all my questions as I was looking into addressing a high radon test and she provided my with a detailed quotation that included pricing options we had been discussing. Mark installed the system with an attention to detail. He is personable, respectful of our property, and an expert in his field. The $1,275 cost included $275 for an electrician subcontracter hired to wire an outlet near the new radon fan and $150 for the purchase and installation of a sealed, submersible sump pump.

Mike has done an excellent job during his first month of service. I would strongly recommend him.

The buyers required us to use Lifetime and am glad they did. Super easy to set up appointment with Scott's wife for installation. She asked a series of questions to be able to give me a quote over the phone. Scott came and determined where the unit had to be installed. Of course, it required the unloading and moving of our holiday decorations in the basement so I woke up my sleeping daughter and the two of us worked as quickly as we could while Scott worked in another area. Very professional and pleasant. Wife stopped back to pick up test machine and we were emailed the results later that day. Great experience!
