They've been providing service for us for about 3 years. I liked most the way they communicated and the quality of their work.

They were very professional. Someone came out and had different options we could choose from. We got two very good units

It was good. They came out and went through the service. They went through everything that we needed to know. It was fine. They were prompt and took care of the work to the expectations that we wanted. It was just 1 person and it took half hour.

I’m sure it was a lot of money, I don’t remember how much. We were happy. Just professional service. Workers were fine, they were good.

So glad that I chose KM. Installation was the next day, but they were so helpful that I believe they'd have figured out a way to install that very day had it been necessary. They took care of every detail from start to finish. The guys who did the work were professional, friendly and took great care to respect my home. Not only does the whole system work perfectly, I now actually understand how it all works thanks to Scott's patient explanation!

They found the problem and replaced the furnaces on the same day. Outstanding customer service.

Furnace died on a night we had single digits, I called and was advised that someone could arrive first thing the next morning. The job took about 4 hours and was done by 1 tech. I thought the price was on the higher side but it needed to get fixed ASAP to prevent pipes from freezing so I paid up. They charged $539 for the motor/capacitor + $99 for a diagnostic fee + sales tax. During the install they said that the trap was installed incorrectly and would have to be cut and fitted with PVC coupler. They asked $200 for this which was crazy since they are the ones that installed the furnace originally, it is a $1 PVC part, and at most 15 minuets of labor. I explained my frustration to the tech and told him to cut the trap and I would install the coupler myself. He agreed the price seemed really high considering what was involved and apologized. He ended up quickly throwing a coupler onto the trap at no charge was is very much appreciated. In the future I'll ask around for various quotes assuming I have more time on my side.

scheduling was prompt. service tech called and explained the service and possible minor future problems. when i called later to ask more questions about the minor problems i did not receive a call back. when the invoice came it explained in detail the possible future problems so that was good. i bought the package deal for furnace and a/c in the spring and i think the price was still a bit high.

Excellent job, I called around and Kettle Moraine was the only one that came out immediately. Their estimate was in line with other vendors. Work was performed the next day by a professional and polite crew. permits were handled by Kettle Moraine and inspection went flawless.

The technician came exactly on time at noon (I was given an arrival time window of noon-2pm). He was polite and professional. He answered all my questions and also pointed out a few things about the AC/furnace that I never noticed before. I will use Kettle Moraine again for a furnace tune-up in the future.

Kettle Moraine's Heating and A/C receptionist was very kind and responsive to obtain service for me as soon as possible. I was put in for a service call the next day and Matt, the A/C technician, arrived promptly to access the issue. Before any service was agreed too I was told about a $99.00 diagnostic fee so I accepted. Shortly after Matt he performed the diagnostic and confirmed that the indoor blower seized up and needed to be replaced. During some research before hand I deduced that my indoor blower motor plus a run capacitor had malfunctioned. I assumed that I would pay $200.00 dollars, worst case, plus the cost of the diagnostic, $290.00+ tax, but was taken by surprise when Matt told me that a new blower motor was going to cost $500.00. My instincts screamed at me to just pay the diagnostic fee and send Matt away but I accepted the terms and service. Prior to calling Kettle Moraine Heating and A/C I called around to other A/C repair specialist. The earliest appointment I could get was 5 working days out. Having 2 small children and in the beginning of summer does not leave one with much options... Once Matt confirmed my authorization he promptly purchased the new blower and installation was completed in under 35 minutes. When asked for a receipt Matt could not provide one saying that he used a company account with a local vendor. After Matt left I looked up the model number of my furnace in order to locate the indoor blower motor and to get a clear picture of just what type of blower motor was installed. In short I could not locate any model that ran remotely close to the price of $500.00 that I was charged. To add insult to injury the most expensive replacement was $140.00 dollars with run capacitors costing $2.00 to $5.00 per model. Also replacing the blower motor was so simple that I could have accomplished this myself with some common tools and a YouTube video. In short I do not know why I was charged and extra $350.00 for the blower motor. The lesson that I learned from this is that it is better to spend the extra time to do it yourself. The only thing that comforts me at this point is that I can claim the cost of this heist, sorry..., repair service on my 2016 tax run.

Many companies talk about customer service but it was evident with KM starting with their office staff I spoke with a couple of times (Danielle and Linda I believe). Matt was my service technician and took the time to answer all of my questions about the 30 yr old A/C units in my new duplex property. Both Matt and Charlie (my install technician) made me feel like they really did have my best interests in mind with the information they provided. I'm very happy to have an HVAC company that I can rely on and share with others.

Heard about them through CostCo. I rarely say this, but my entire experience was amazing. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Perhaps the best part was how passionate they were about what they were doing! A huge thank you to Jay, Bill, and Chuck for exceeding my expectations.

It went perfectly. I've had excellent experience with KM Heating & Air Conditioning. This morning I called because I started receiving some automatic e-mail alerts from my furnace about a calibration problem. KMHAC sent someone out the same day. The technician, Ryan, was friendly and courteous and quickly identified and resolved the problem - which involved replacing a pressure switch that was covered under warranty.

They arrived right on time. The crew was extremely professional, wore boot covers and laid down protector on the carpeting down to the basement. They removed the old furnace/A/C, installed the new one and were out in 6 hours. They even capped my chimney for me for no charge as this high efficient furnace was replacing an old one that vented through a chimney. They explained everything to me, walked me through the controls and cleaned up everything before they left. The whole staff of this company was great. From Dave the salesman to the install crew and the office staff, everyone was professional and great to work with. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to friends. I've had another contractor remodel my bathrooms this summer and the difference between them and this outfit is night and day. Seeing Kettle Moraine Heating in action made me regret using my other bathroom remodeler even more as the Kettle Moraine crew and experience is what I was hoping for with the other contractor. Kettle Moraine Heating and A/C is the new standard I will judge future contractors by. Great job Kettle Moraine Heating and A/C!!!!

I was very happy with the team at Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning, and I highly recommend them. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I don't think you will find anyone better at this. The office staff (Tracy and Christina) called the day before the appointments as a reminder. If I called them with a question or concern, they were consistently friendly and helpful. I received a feedback questionnaire with a stamped, self-addressed envelope, which makes me feel like they want my feedback! I was told about (and I received in writing) instructions on what to expect on the day of installation - what I can do and what they will do. ESTIMATION: This is the part that sold me. Bill, the owner and estimator, spent a great deal of time showing me my existing system and how it works (or doesn't work, in my case!); explaining the options I have for mid-range and high-efficiency boiler models, variable-speed pumps, water heater configurations, venting, etc. We measured all the radiators, so he could calculate the appropriate size of boiler needed. He explained the energy rebates I would be entitled to and how to get them. He talked about the installation process and his installers, and he gave me his cell phone number and instructed me to call him, if I wasn't satisfied with the process, including the clean-up. Communication and customer service are clearly strengths of his, and it's clear that his staff follows suit. INSTALLATION: The installers, Scott and Dave, arrived when they said they would and the installation took as long as scheduled (2 days). There was a great deal of equipment brought into the house! But every bit of it was cleaned up. The new boiler and panel look like something out of NASA! The heating works great! It is so quiet, I sometimes can't tell that it's on! I did call afterward to have the technician come back to adjust the setting for the air conditioning and to turn on the gas fireplace (which was turned off during the installation). They were very friendly and Scott came back promptly to attend to it. I am very happy that I chose Kettle Moraine Heating, and I would definitely recommend them.

The service men were professional and meticulous. Our heat was completely out & it was very cold, they stayed until 9 pm and finished the job on Friday night. Our city inspector was impressed too!

My furnace was not working properly. I went with my usual company, Lake Country HVAC. They charged me $250 but did not fix the problem. They wanted to charge me more to come out and replace more parts. I decided to call Kettle Moraine and they sent out a technician who spend a great deal of time, told me I didn't need the parts, made a few adjustments and everything is working well.

They have done several jobs for us, we are happy with their service. Two guys will come out and it takes them about half an hour to complete the job. I would say they are very reliable and responsive.

Pricing quote was easy to understand, No separate surprise charges. Competitor broke down & over priced everything (i.e. Dave Droegkamp) Jay sold the project, Tracy, Danielle in Customer Service were very good at follow up, John & Jerry installed the "Lennox Furnace" Model # SLP98V in a neat & timely professional method. Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning was AWESOME!!! Arrived withing one hour for a no heat service call- and brought space heaters over later that afternoon because the furnace replacement could only be scheduled for the next morning. Who does that? Ive never heard of an HVAC company going the extra mile like that. Outstanding and very highly reccomended!

purchased furnace, humidifier, ac, air cleaner and thermostat. all seem to work well, quiet and efficient (but don't know about ac yet.). Office staff A++ registered the warranty, filed for rebates and promptly handled any issue i called about Installers A+ on time, organized and did good job with testing, clean up and reviewwith me. Sales rep: there is a problem with reconciling price charged to me with Costco advertised deal. got the costco rebate and energy rebate. I am not confident that i was given the credit for the old carrier defective heating coil. I called carrier corp. and was told they would research who got the credit but would need serial number on furnace. since i don't have old furnace info, they can't help. sales rep says the prices quoted were net of any carrier defective coil rebate. i could have (should have) done a better job at tracking all the money. otherwise the rep is personable prompt and professional.

Dave arrived on time, insisted on wearing plastic covers on his shoes, completed a full inspection and identified the problem quickly; the humidistat was still under warranty and was not functioning, so Dave returned to the shop, picked up the part and installed it within an hour. He took extra time to show me how to keep an eye on things, change out the filter and make sure the unit ran smoothly.
