Description of Work: Outstanding customer service received from every employee I had contact with including Bill (owner) and John (sales). Communications were timely and helpful. We replaced a 30 year old single stage furnace with a Lennox 97.4% efficient modulating unit and iComfort S30 thermostat on 12/3/15. The furnace has performed very well and unquestionably improved the comfort of our home. The install team was very thorough and respectful of our home. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Description of Work: Replaced 27 year old furnace, A/C condenser and programable thermostat, with a Lennox variable speed furnace, 3 ton A/C unit and stat. In writing a fair, the one negative was that while hand trucking the A/C condenser from the backyard they spilled compressor oil on the lawn and driveway, killing the grass and leaving a large oil slick on the driveway. The end result is a new system that is 100% better than the old system.

 + -1 moreKettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning is run by a brother and sister team who are in their late 20s. The business was started by their father 20 years ago and since his death a couple of years ago, they have taken over the family business and kept all the staff. They are just the nicest people to deal with, and their price was excellent for the product that they installed for us. Their staff that came in was very nice in doing the job. They put little booties on their feet even though they went in a basement. They carried everything in, and they cleaned up after themselves. We never even knew that they were in here. They brought a vacuum in and cleaned up the concrete floor around the basement and everything. Everything was spotless. They were clean looking guys. They had nice pressed uniforms on and looked good. They came in at 8:30 in the morning and they were out 4 hours later and had everything done and installed. When we ordered the product, they were available to do it within the same business week that we wanted done. The owner came over to talk about the products they had available and decide what we wanted. He was on time. He spent 2 hours in our home explaining what their products were, how they work, and the differences. He came back a couple of days later to inspect what his crew had done, talk about the furnace system, and explain its operation. He spent 1 hour at his second visit.
