They cleaned up beautifully afteward. He is nice, and very professional, easy to work with. He always returned my calls as well. He stopped by to check on progress if it was work he had subcontracting out.

This was probably our seventh remodel of some sort with John (we even had him come to Florida to do work on our home there!). Once John starts a job, he sticks with it until it is completed. No juggling two or three jobs at once. He has wonderful suppliers who also show up on time and do good work. Sometimes to his time deprivation, John is a perfectionist, which works to the advantage of his clients. He not only does the job right, but when he works, he is tidy, and at the end of the day he cleans up after himself. The entire first floor turned out wonderfully and is a joy to live in and entertain in. And the price is so reasonable, it allows you to do just that! We have used John to remodel three bathrooms, convert a closet into a bathroom, remodel an attic space into a spare bedroom, remodel the basement into a living space/billiard room, build a basement exercise room, replace old windows, and completely remodel the family room, including floor to ceiling bookcases, new fireplace, and new windows. If there is ever a 'post' issue, which is usually minor, he willingly and quickly comes back for a tweek. We've recommended John to many friends, who like us, have given him the key to their house so he could work while they were out of town. He is totally trustworthy, a good find in today's world. I highly recommend John.

Both jobs are excellent. He's very thorough and experienced. His follow through was excellent and he has great ideas. He is meticulous, he has great taste and he was very good with my kids as well. I would highly recommend him.
