Empire Painting

Empire team was professional and paid exceptional attention to detail. Our dining room, kitchen and basement look terrific. They did an excellent job patching a spot on the wall prior to painting and were a pleasure to work with.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Empire was able to do for us. The crew was on time (even a little early), very professional, considerate, and paid close attention to detail. We will be hiring them again in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

I had three different companies give me estimates to paint my kitchen cabinets. Empire Painting by far gave me the best estimate. When I first met Dan Brooks (the owner) of Empire Painting, he had a very professional demeanor. He was punctual and respectful/mindful (he wore shoe covers before entering the house and our floors had not even been refinished yet). During the estimate appointment, he walked me through Empire's process for painting kitchen cabinets and gave me a timeline. Unlike the other companies, Dan did not require nor ask for a deposit (not to say that a deposit would have been a deal breaker). Once work was completed and I was pleased with the work completed, only then did Dan ask for full payment (and in my opinion this spoke very highly of Dan, putting his customer's satisfaction above all). Dan was very easy to work with, great communication throughout, and fantastic work ethic. Jenna (administrative assistant/office manager) was also very helpful through the entire process and kept in touch with great follow up! I enjoyed working with and was very pleased with Dan and his company's work so much so that I am considering hiring Empire (presuming they are available) for when I decide to paint the exterior of my home.

From the initial appointment and follow up from Dan each project was performed by as he indicated. The crew is professional, polite and perform as a team. Concerns are listened too, and they are extremely neat. No need to look further, Empire will be our go to for painting needs.

I am very happy that I found Empire Painting for my home. The painters are very professional, friendly, detailed and do an excellent job. I appreciate their attention to detail and the great job that they do. They painted the trim on my rather large house with many high areas and a good amount of area to cover. I was very happy with the results. One suggestion that I have is if you use the color expert they send from their paint supplier, make sure you record the color you pick. Don't rely on that person to inform the painters as they say they will. I chose my color on a sunny day in July (my trim was painted in October). The color expert told me that she would inform the painters and that was the process they used. I assumed that would happen. When the crew came to paint my house in October, they were not informed of the color. One of the painters and I chose the color quickly on the day they needed to go. I specifically did not want any yellow in the color and told the painter that. I approved the color on an overcast day. Once the job was done and I see my house in the sunlight, it is very yellow. I don't like the color but I don't fault the painters since I did approve it. I just suggest that the homeowner keep the name of the paint they choose in case the paint expert does not communicate with the painters. About 6 months later, I hired Empire to paint a bathroom and part of my family room. They did an excellent job and were very responsive to my requests. They do excellent work and are very thorough. I appreciate their attention to detail. I intend to hire them again. I have recommended them to friends. Great company!

Jason was extremely polite and very professional. The job was done beautifully and on time. They cleaned up perfectly each day and left notes as to what was done and what needed to be completed. Would hire them again! We highly recommend them.

From initial walkthrough to estimate, color choices, scheduling, painting and follow-up, Empire was professional, prompt and easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted done and were very neat and organized. Their prices are competitive and we will definitely consider using them again in the future.

Empire painting was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We had an initial visit from the owner to get a sense of what we wanted done. Very pleasant and prompt for appointment time. Our project was scheduled quite quickly which was a nice surprise. The painter who did the job was nice, professional and timely (even arrived 5 minutes early). He was courtesy in taking off his shoes to not track in winter weather dirt and laying down blankets all through the house to cover the floors and carpet. He was also very understanding of having 3 dogs in the house and trying to wrangle them out of his way. He was extremely detail oriented and even corrected the previous painters sloppiness. I was amazed at his free hand painting ability. Painting can be a tedious and labor intensive project and he made it look effortless. We will definitely use Empire painting again in the future.

Dan arrived on time for the estimate- I asked for color suggestions for the kitchen and I did have the kitchen painted with one of the colors he suggested, and it turned out great. In the last year, they hired an office manager Jenna- who made the business even better. She is a great contact person ( polite and professional ) and made it really easy to get painting or billing questions answered. I had also had Empire paint 3 rooms for me last year, and was so please with the results, I had them back this time again, and would hire again in the future. The painters clean up well, the paint job looks great, I would hire them again.

The painting team arrived on time as scheduled and conducted their work in a professional manner. While some of the knock-down repair was not perfect, my wife and I are very pleased with the painting outcome and would recommend Empire Painting to anyone needing professional interior painting services. Dan Brooks and his team did an excellent job. Quality painting, nice people, clean and conscencious and a fair price. If my mother was still with us I would recommend them to my mother!

Excellent craftsmanship, efficient service, and they made some revisions as requested prior to completion of job. Additionally, estimates and billing were very transparent and any increases in charges were fair based upon additional carpentry required.

They responded right away through email and came out to look at the project within a few days. They provided a detailed proposal and stated that they would scrape loose paint and sand the grayed wood and check for any rotted wood., then add primer and 2 coats of paint. They seem to be a very professional company and I’m confident they will do a good job. I did not sign with them yet because I may be doing other siding work first. There may be some small companies that may be cheaper but I know contracting and you typically get what you pay for. Im sure I will use them in the future.

They were very professional. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We were updated when the start date would change due to weather. They cleaned up everyday and left our yard looking as good as it did when they started.

They did a fantastic job. The crew was very nice and accommodating and the quality of their work has stood up over time. I think they did a great job. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

The team that was on site we could not be more pleased, professional in appearance and worked performed. They were timely, organized, no mess great clean up. We interviewed 5 companies and selected Empire, save some time hire these professionals Great team!!!

The entire team was great. Dan was easy to talk to and easy to reach. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. I had a deadline due to a wedding and they worked me into their schedule. The painters were very pleasant and worked hard with few breaks. They were detailed and made sure that nothing was stained. Empire was AMAZING! Their price was better than competitors. They were on time every morning and got the job done efficiently. There was an issue with the insulation from the attic being too low and so after that delay, they made sure they were back as soon as possible to finish up. It looks perfect!
