It was an excellent experience.

We took advantage of the '$249 painter for a day special' offered by Empire Painting. Dan Brooks was our painter, and we are absolutely thrilled with the quality result and the amount of work he completed. We had a few projects lined up, and were not expecting all of them to be finished. Dan's attention to detail and work ethic was excellent. We highly recommend Empire Painting!

Dan and his crew provided excellent service. Very prompt, professional, and high quality work was performed by his entire team. The entire job was completed in 2 days. I would definitely recommend Empire Painting and will call Dan for future painting projects as needed.

deal They offered "The Big Deal" 8 hours for $249 Well I called them up and first they wanted to come out once I told them I seen the "the big deal. they didn't need to come out I sent him photos of the job....It was to paint my basement ceiling now it's a 2 day or more at $400 a day after the first day.I even offered to tape off the walls and Duct work all they had to do was SPRAY PAINT! I had 2 others painter come out they both could do the job in less then 8 hours and that's with them taping!!!!!. Both told me it would be about $300-$400 . Had the work done by another Angie's list painter also A rating. the job took 9 1/2 hours 1 person he sprayed and he also rolled He used a name brand paint that had the primer in the paint Total cost with the paint $450. it looks great now he going to paint my other house that I rent out all 6 rooms. This comp looks like it cherry picks the job they want to do. They put an AD like THE BIG DEAL then they can't do the job. after I posted this, I got a call from them and told me he did appreciate my feed back on here. Well if they would have done the job at the price that was on here then I would not have posted, or even if he would have came out and look at the job, don't know how you could tell how long it would take by a photo

They seemed good. We would have definitely used them, but we decided to go with a different company. The cost was competitive.

Dan came over and gave me an estimate and arrived when he said he would. The price wasn't the lowest but with everything I read on Angies List, and what he told me about the materials they would use, I figured he would do a good job and use quality materials. I was right, he arrived when he said he would, his crew was careful and meticulus and did an excellent job and even cleaned up after themselves. He did everything he said he would do and did it very well and quickly. Even matched the color correctly. I would certainly recommend this company and I would without a doubt use him again. He was fair and honest and his crew was polite and very professional.

I was very happy with them. They did a very professional job, and all the people who worked on the job were very professional. I was very pleased with them and their work ethic. They are very easy to work with. The quote was very competitive compared to other quotes I received. They provided me with proof of insurance right off the bat. I was very comfortable working with them. They were very flexible. They would do whatever I wanted done, and even made some suggestions. I would recommend them to anybody. I would use Empire painting again.

Dan, the owner, is easy to contact and follows through with commitments. He first came out to our house to explain the company's services and to prepare an estimate, which arrived by mail shortly after. He worked with us to find a convenient time to paint the house. As for the painting itself, the crew came on time and worked hard. They did an excellent job of prepping (first a power wash, then major scraping) and then painting. We are entirely satisfied with Empire's work and would highly recommend them to other prospective customers.

WE ARE SELLING OUR HOUSE AND HAVE USED EMPIRE PAINTING TWICE BEFORE IN PREPERATION TO SELLING. DAN RESPONDS QUICKLY (WHICH WE LIKE) AND IS HELPFUL WITH IDEAS. HE WAS ABLE TO START QUICKLY AND FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. THE WORK TURNED OUT PERFECT. THE LAST TWO TIMES WE USED THEM WE DID NOT GET COMPETITIVE QUOTES (DON'T TELL DAN). HE DOES QUALITY WORK AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE AND FAST.

Dan came out and gave a professional estimate. We planned the date he was coming to do the work. He came with his crew did the whole job in one day. Cleaned everything up.

Dan was very easy to reach to set up an appointment right away. He came out and discussed what we needed painted and stained. Within days the itemized quoted came via email. He is very open to questions and suggestions. We picked our colors and set a date to start. Dan and his team of four started bright and early that day. They are quick and efficent, they work as a team. Each day Dan asked if I had any questions or concerns. This was to be a one coat of paint job, but where Dan felt it needed another coat he did it without asking. We were somewhat concerned about the staining of the old shutters but they turned out perfect. The replacement of the rotting trim boards was tricky but looks brand new. When the job was done a neighbor asked if we replaced the old siding because they looked new.... we told him they were just painted. I think the job took 4-5 days, with some rain outs. As he states in his quote...jobsite will be left clean on a daily basis and it was. We were very pleased and had recently had Empire Painting paint three rooms.

We had used this company previously and liked their work. Dan is easy to contact and then comes over quickly to inspect the rooms. A day later a quote is sent out and we set a date. Dan and a helper finished the job within a day, one coat on walls and two coats on the ceilings. Furniture moved by them and then set back, nice touch. Job well done with no mess.

I was very pleased with this company. All calls and emails were answered within 24 hours, all communications were professional, polite, and even well-written, which also made an impression on this former homeschooling teacher! When there were a couple of times of confusion in our communications, Dan always went with my understanding of the situation. They fit our work into their schedule, even though they were busy. They did the work quickly. There was a place or two, to be honest, where the work wasn't done quite as neatly as I would have liked, but it's nothing serious, and no one else will even notice it, and the rest of the work looks great. Clean-up was really thorough. Dan had to time the work carefully, with the late October coolness and rain, and he did schedule it carefully, to protect the quality of the work. I am very pleased.

Excellent work. Dan came out to give the estimate and was professional and answered all my quesitons. Work was done in the time requested and Dan kept in touch with me - great communications. We went from a grey to a cream so two coats where needed which Dan said would most likely be the case. The house is 100 years old and has a lot of trim that we had painted green - it is a lot of detailed trim work and it was done expertly. Very happy with the results.

Dan did a great job. Everyone was very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Every room was transformed with the new colors. Dan went above and beyond and I was very impressed with the quality and communication. I will definitely use Empire Painting again.

The company aggressively provided successfull bids to do painting but when we told the company they had won the bids and we would like them to begin...they never responded. In the meantime, the other companies we had spoke to have gone on to other jobs as we told them they did not win the bid. Not a good tactic by Imperial.

Called Empire because they were on Angie's List and close to our home. Got a quick call back from Dan and an estimate for the work. Dan worked to get the job done as soon as possible - the following Sunday at the price quoted. Finished chimney looks great. I have worked in service industies and know how great service is provided and would highly recommend Empire Painting. We will probably use them for some interior painting this winter and to stain our whole house, when needed, in a couple years.

Daniel and his crew did excellent work. They delivered on every promise. Both workers were professional and courteous. They even protected the bushes around my house! We were so happy with the exterior work done that we also had two bedrooms painted. The bedrooms look wonderful. They worked with our schedule and even moved the furniture. Overall, we were very pleased. Great service for a great value. I would recommend Empire Painting to anyone and everyone.
