Communication and follow-through is very important to me. When I entered your address into the appointment app on my phone, it auto-corrected and saved the incorrect address. The day of our appointment, I realized what happened, I contacted Angie’s list for your phone number so I could contact you for the correct address but they were unable to do so. I apologize for the mix-up and missed appointment.

Description of Work: I received a call the day after I bought the Big Deal to set up a date for the work to be done, that impressed me. Jeff arrived early and ready to work. Very respectful and worked quietly and cleaned up after himself. The work he did was exceptional. |The owner of the company asked me if I was happy with the work and I appreciated that call. He wanted to follow up with the completed job. |This company is A-1 and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: My husband called for an estimate, Empire called back & left a messege to say when they would be out to do the estimate. My husband called back to confirm the time, and they never showed. Empire called 3 days later saying they didn't get the messege that we wanted an estimate until that day...? Obviously there is a lack of coordination there. We decided not to return that call, and are going with someone else.

Response from Empire Painting
After receiving a request for an estimate, I left a message including several available times for an estimate but no firm date was set. I did not hear back from customer prior to going out of town for three days on a family vacation. Upon returning, I immediately returned their phone call. It was a simple miscommunication.
