Frank, the owner, gave us an estimate. He was prompt, made landscape recommendations & also recommended a company to install our sprinkler system. We had delays to WE Energies gas work, and an oil tank removal to deal with. Frank was very patient and recommended waiting until the other work was done before starting the other work. He subbed out the concrete work and the guys removing and installing the sidewalk were excellent. The new walk added a lot to the curb appeal of our home. Next on the list was the sprinkler system installation. The company Frank recommended did an outstanding job. The front yard was easier than the side and back yards as there was no lawn. The side & back yards had to be dug up a bit to install the lines and sprinkler heads. Frank came back to install the sod in the front yard and to do the landscaping work where the oil tank had been. The sod installation looked great and the new plants & mulch added a lot of beauty to the yard. He freshened the mulch and seeded where need be in the side yard. All-in-all, the experience was without pain (just had to look at dirt in our front yard for a bit longer than normal due to the WE Energies work) and our yard has been the envy of neighborhood. Our next neighbor even came over, laid in the grass and stated that he could sleep on it!

I purchased 5 window quilts from this company approximately 15 years ago. Over the years the tracks for the window quilts loosened from the walls and the quilts were not raising and lowering as smoothly as when they were newer. I contacted Earthcare Window Treatment & Design about whether or not I would need to replace the tracks and also to learn if anyone might be available to fix the problem I was having with raising and lowering. My contact person, Donya, was a pleasure to work with. She provided pricing on replacing the tracks, but also suggested that a solution might be to have the repair person use finishing tacks on the tracks. I opted to try that solution and am very pleased with how the window quilts are now working. Both Donya and the service person were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

GARY WAS VERY PROMPT TO COME OUT AND MEASURE FOR THE SHADES. IT DID TAKE OVER A MONTH FOR THE SHADES TO BE CUSTOM MADE. AS SOON AS THE SHADES WERE IN, ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED. WHEN THE SHADES DID ARRIVE THREE OF THEM WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSPORTATION. THE SHADES WERE REORDERED AND WERE IN AND INSTALLED IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS.

GARY IS VERY PERSONABLE AND CAME TO MY HOUSE TO RECOMMEND OPTIONS FOR MY WINDOWS. HE'S OWNED THE STORE FOR 16 YEARS. THE YOUNG MAN WHO ACTUALLY INSTALLED THE SHADES WAS GREAT TOO. THE PRICE SEEMED A BIT HIGH, BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY OTHER ESTIMATES, SO IT MIGHT BE NORMAL. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS GOOD, SO IT WAS WORTH THE COST.

I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE IN DEALING WITH THEM THAN OTHERS. I THINK THAT THEIR SHOWROOM IN BROOKFIELD IS WORTH VISITING, IF YOU ARE NOT QUITE SURE WHAT YOU WANT.
