He was very responsive to all of our requests for showings, often times making a late evening trip to see a single house on just a few hours notice. He was also great about pointing out potential issues with the homes we toured. I'd recommend Corey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Not only is he a great source of knowledge, but he's much more affordable than traditional brokers. He even offers a .5% rebate at the closing on your new home. Total win-win!

We were new to the home buying process and didn't see the point of a realtor in the age of the internet. However, Corey helped us navigate the home buying process, identify deficiencies in houses that we otherwise would have overlooked and to find homes that were good fits for us that we may have otherwise missed. He helped us throughout the challenging negotiation process and navigate the closing process. We always felt he had our best interest in mind; the reputation of his company is dependent on in.
