 + -1 moreThey did window blinds. The consultant who came to my house was Dana Grieg. She was fantastic, helpful, and very accommodating. I have a newborn baby who was sobbing and she was still patient and was very good.
Description of Work: I used the services of Budget Blinds Inc. for window treatments. I last used them in August 2011.

 + 0 moreThe replacement blind was installed,after Budget Blinds Receptionist argued with me, saying they could not replace the deficient blind unless I pay full cost for the new one, and no refund . I received a phone call immediately from the person, Dona, who measured the window, as she argued with me. The Company did reinstall the blind,which works properly. The installer, Paul layed his tools on my bedspread with no protection,and when he left there is a smell of oil lingering to this day.
Description of Work: Dona from this company measured 2 windows for blinds.3 weeks later they were installed by Paul.The blinds did not close properly, and they were not light blocking as I let Dona know my needs. 6 months earlier, I purchased a blind for another bedroom window from this company that blocked the light properly. I called the co. to let them know I was not pleased with the blinds that were installed in 2nd bedroom. Natalie,receptionist, argued with me and said they could not switch out blinds without me paying again. Dona called me and also argued with me,really making me feel like I was getting cheated. The reason I went thru Budget Blinds and payed to have them installed was because it would be guarenteed if I was not satisfied. Natalie called me back a few hours later said Scott-the manager approved removing the deficient blind and replacing it.Paul the installer installed the different blind on 7-20 2011. He layed his tools on my bedspread, and when he left there is a terrible smell of oil or the like to this day 7-31, The smell is slowly dissipating. I have had 2 prior homes in the past, and used JCPenney & Sears, and have been very satisfied.
