HE IS CAREFUL TO EDGE AROUND THE DRIVEWAY AND HE IS CAREFUL NOT TO SPLASH THE SEAL COATING LIQUID ON ANY SURFACE WHERE IT DOESN'T BELONG. HE WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK ONLY A FEW DAYS AFTER PROVIDING THE ESTIMATE. WE'LL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. NOTE THAT HE OFFERS A 10% DISCOUNT TO ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, BUT WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A BIT MORE INFORMATION AND COURTESY REGARDING THE TIME OF THEIR ARRIVAL, AND THE TIME WHEN I COULD EXPECT TO HAVE THE JOB COMPLETED, SO I COULD PLAN OTHER ACTIVITIES OF MY DAY.

SINCE WE DID IT IN JULY, RYAN CAME EXTRA EARLY, AND REALLY HUSTLED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS UNIFORM. MAKE SURE HE (OR SOMEONE HE RECOMMENDS) DOES THE FINISHING STROKES. I DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE SPLASH ON THE HOUSE OR THE CONCRETE.
Description of Work: OUR DRIVEWAY HAD NEVER BEEN SEALCOATED, THOUGH IT WAS BUILT 6 YEARS AGO. HE AND HIS CREW CAME TO OUR HOME EARLY, PREPPED EVERYTHING PROPERLY, AND THEN PUT AN EXCELLENT COAT OF TOP QUALITY SEALANT DOWN. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED LOOK - OUR DRIVEWAY HAS THE BEST FINISH OF OUR ENTIRE SUBDIVISION. I FOUND HIM ON THE LIST, AND SAVED 10% JUST FOR MENTIONING IT. BOTTOM LINE: THE MATERIALS WOULD HAVE COST ME $160 TO BUY AND DO IT MYSELF, AND I REALIZE NOW THAT IT COULD NEVER HAVE LOOKED AS GOOD AS WHAT THEY DID.
