From the first phone call Ryan was very professional and personable. He came out and gave us a detailed quote. Ryan and his office explained the process and answered any questions we had to make us comfortable since we had never gone through this process. We scheduled it and had to reschedule twice because of conflicts on our end and they worked with our availability. Once the job was complete we were so impressed with how well our driveway looked. We were very pleased and appreciated Ryan's concern about our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again and will continue to refer them.

I received only two bids for my solicitation to 5 Angies-list contractors, all who told me they would give me a quote for repair of my pot-holed driveway. My specifications were specific in that I wanted rectangular sections of specific sizes removed and replaced. Supersealers was not only the lowest bid by far but they went above and beyond my specifications and expectations. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They didn't demand any money up front and I don't know when I was this happy to write a check to a contractor. Thanks Supersealers!

We've had them do this same very good job before in 2011. They're usually pretty good at answering e-mails about a particular job, the details, the pricing, general questions and setting up appointment dates well in advance and so on. They seemed quite flexible which I liked. The job itself isn't rocket science but turned out quite well. The quality seemed better than a previous different contractor I've used before. I'd say you should be happy with their work and they'll leave you the invoice or bill in your door. You could pay them later on if you had wanted to.

They arrived to do the estimate exactly as scheduled. They patched all sections that needed work and did a neat, thorough job on the sealing. I didn't see any of the sealer on the grass. I appreciated the advance communication that the work would be delayed, because it prevented us having to move cars unnecessarily. We highly recommend them.

Supersealers Maintenance company gave us a detailed estimate that included materials used and what work would be done. We were impressed with the work and told that it would only be done if the temperature was at least 50 degrees and no rain forcasted within several hours post completion of the job. It was done exactly as scheduled.

Supersealers came on the scheduled day. They repaired the cracks in my driveway then resealed the driveway. They did a great job. The driveway looks so much better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their driveway resealed .

Supersealers is one of the much better, well organized outfits for this type of job. They responded rather quickly when you contact them, They seem to pay attention to details where other's do not. This is why I came back to them after trying a couple others out who didn't do as good of a job. Although, they're not the cheapest, they do a thorough job. We did get a discount as a repeat customer and an Angie's List member. I think it would have been around $195.00. They have raised their prices somewhat over the last 3 - 4 years. You won't be sorry though. Overall, they're a good find. And, they're what a good business & good customer services should be.

Supersealers arrived on time with three men, sealed the cracks in my asphalt driveway and applied sealer. They were polite, professional and did an excellent job, especially in sealing the numerous cracks in my 30-year-old driveway. The price, which included a 10% repeat customer discount, was lower than any other estimate. This is the fourth time I have user Supersealers and have been completely satisfied every time. This is a good company that I would not hesitate to recommend.

The 1st day they did the patch work and because of the rain going on the area the next day for sealing was not a sure thing,But it worked out,and we both were happy.

They gave me a discount for finding them on Angie's List. It was excellent. I emailed him off the Angie's List website, he emailed be back right away and they came out in a couple days, and within a week it was done. We needed it done by a certain time and he accommodated us. It was really nice. His punctuality was very good. His professionalism was very good. The guy that did it before him charged us $1200 and didn't do a good job. If we need it done again, we will go with Supersealers.

A little slow in getting back to me when I requested an estimate, but they apologized, and were very timely with the work. Quality of the work was excellent. Price was a bit higher than other estimates.

Getting a hold of the owner Ryan Hoelz (or anyone at their business) is NEVER an easy thing to do there. I've e-mailed him by leaving messages to ask him some issues that had happened from a prior job. I suppose it's a good thing that their business is flourishing that well. However, this is hardly what I call, "customer service oriented". Hire them if you could care less if they respond to your communications on most matters (hence the "D" for responsiveness). They are reliable though and will show up when they say they will. However, any follow up communications and forget it. The bottom line is, the job they had done was acceptable and probably is just as good maybe as any of the other local Angie's List recommended contractors. Their price, well I'd say seems less than other bigger asphalt companies doing the same kinds of work from verbal over the phone quotes. I still think it's kind of expensive considering relative to that amount of time spent doing the work. Nearly $166.00 an hour, inclusive?
