Bob called me back seconds after I sent the initial contact to your group. He was polite and friendly. I spent hours last night taking my room apart so he could easily remove the furniture. He was to be here at 8:30, just after my plumber at 7:30. Plumber was prompt, but Bob never showed up. No call, nothing. Here I sit with a messed up living room. Due to a family health situation, I have limited time for this stuff. I am very unhappy and disappointed.
