If you are looking for someone to haul away trash, they will do a good job. They were friendly and efficient. However, I told them ahead of time that I had a lot to donate to charity, and when they arrived, I showed them the bags and boxes of items that were to go to charity. Unfortunately, they ignored my instructions and set aside only a few large items to be donated. The bags and boxes of items I had carefully sorted out for charity evidently went to the dump along with what I had specified was trash. They had told me that the charity stores won't take everything, but they didn't even look at what I specified to be donated. I believe that charity stores would have taken a good sewing machine, ice skates, several boxes of books, clothes, and shoes, at the minimum, and I know they were aware at least of the boxes of books. But I am sure that those items went to the dump instead of to charity. As a result, they did not do what I hired them to do. If they did not want to handle taking all of the items to the charity store, they should have told me that up front, and I would have hired someone else who would have done what I hired them to do.
