According to the Angie's List Messaging center. We made initial contact the same day that the service was requested. The consumer did not respond for over 2 weeks the first time. When he did respond he was promptly made aware that the dates he requested did not match available service times. He then requested another date which was also unavailable. We did not receive a response from him after that. The only possible mistake that i can see was that he was not given other possible dates. Something that has now changed with how we handle these purchases and will be better equipped to deal with in the future. Please remember that Angie's List requires us to respond via the messaging system to keep a record of contact. Just because we may not have the dates you want available does not mean that we can't make time for your service. We have a responsibility to you to do our best to promptly reply to your needs, but as a consumer you also need to be aware that prompt replies for scheduling are more likely to get you a better schedule time than assuming the day you want will always be available even when you don't reply for two weeks.
