 + -1 moreI accepted a contract and paid a down payment in December. In April he contacted me to say they are "downsizing" and he couldn't do the job. He refunded the down payment. So I don't know if he underbid it or is still painting houses, but now I have to start over again (and the place he referred me to quoted 250% more)
