 + -1 morePrice: Very reasonable. I didn't seek other quotes as didn't feel I'd get it for much less. No qualms here. Quality: Really did a nice job with the tree that was in a tough position over our neighbors fence. Stump work was what we were expecting and saved us a ton of manual labor. We are very happy with the job. Responsiveness: Responded to original inquiry the same day, and generally responded to all emails/texts within 1 business day. I had no problem with him as far as "responding". Punctuality: Never really would get a concrete date/time for anything. I can't really say they weren't punctual b/c everything was kind of open ended appointments. But if I have one complaint, I wish they would've been proactive in letting me know they weren't going to be able to make it on days we kind of had set-up. Professionalism: Mike was very friendly and easy going. He was very open to what we wanted done. I had no problems with him personally. I thought they did a good clean job. I'm going to put as a B only b/c I had to initiate alot of the communication. But Mike was very easy to work with. General timeline: Original email was sent on April 23rd, got a response the same day, he came over for the estimate on April 25th. Our project wasn't urgent to start and he had some weather issues, as well as trying to get a date where I was home. After a week and a half I reached out to get a status update. On May 13th they were in our area and trimmed the tree up and got rid of some of the shrubs. They said they would be back the next day to grind the stumps. After some texts during the week, the stumps were removed on Friday, May 17th. They had some equipment issues the week of May 13th, but wasn't until after I text that I was told that. Job was complete to our expectations on that Friday. In the end we were happy with our job, we are happy with the price paid, Mike was good to work with, and I would have no problems working with again if our job needed wasn't urgent.
Description of Work: Pruning of 15-20' Apple Tree, removal of about 6-7 small to medium sized shrub stumps (no fill of holes). Tree was starting to hang over neighbors fence.

Description of Work: This company did not do any work for us. Over one month ago (early July) my husband contacted Yesterday's Trees via email on their website, asking them for an estimate for tree removal and heard absolutely NOTHING back. They had been recommended by our neighbor who had contracted them for tree removal. I then emailed them again on August 12th and explained the previous request they had not responded to. I suggested that perhaps the email had gotten lost and thought I would try again. I went on to say that we would like to have the work done ASAP because there was a dead tree in close proximity to our house. We have still heard nothing from them. I'm not sure why businesses like that bother to put any contact information on their website if they have not intention of responding to any communication. Very disappointing and frustrating!
