Description of Work: Call for an estimate to remodel a couple of bathrooms and new water heater. I was told XXX had to call me back. XXX never called. I called again on 8/28/2014. I was again told that XXX was going to call that day. It is 9/2 today and still no contact from them. I called another plumber.

Description of Work: Thorne Plumbing came in to fix an issue that another plumber couldn't do right. I then had them install a new kitchen sink and faucet, disconnect some lines in the basement and install a Palmer valve under the basement floor.
