+ -1 moreThis company did not show up for an agreed upon appointment three consecutive times. Each time they gave me a two hour window and each time I had to call back to ask where they were and to set-up another appointment. They have no regard for a customer's time and schedule. They should have comp'd the 15 minute visit it took to finally repair a problem with their system. When they do show up they are knowledgeable and skilled but I can't get by the disrespect they have for their customers. Businesses who operate from a similar model often end up with no customers and bankrupt. I would call them last if you need an irrigation system or a quote.
Description of Work: They installed the original irrigation system. One of the solenoids on a zone was stuck open. It had to be tightened to work. Service visit lasted 15 minutes.
