Just defiantly prolonging the life of the air conditioning unit. We got a whole summer out of it. I would say nothing to improve.

They were professional, nice. They did a great job. I can't say anything bad. We have used them before. I guess we did not know with the air conditioning unit, we tried to turn it on an warm day. It would not work. We did not know that had to come back out to the house, and actually don't remember the word he used. Before we could use the unit, they had to come back out. We were not told that they needed to do that. They could have made that a little clearer.

From the free estimate to project end follow up, we are 100% satisfied with Robinson Heating and Cooling for our new Lennox central air conditioning unit. I priced out 5 different HVAC companies in the area and received a wide range of prices for a new unit ranging from $2000 to $7000. Robinson came to my house, took a quick look at my duct work and furnace and instantly quoted me an extremely competitive price for a 2 ton a/c unit. While some long-winded sales pitches took 1.5 hours, they were in and out within 15 minutes. I'm a busy guy and I don't like sales pitches! Robinson hires very clean, professional, factory trained uniformed installers. They were very respectful of our home: they rolled out rugs to protect our floors from debris and mud from foot traffic going in and out of our house, and cleaned up all messes. In the end, we had the exact size a/c unit I needed for my 2 story home. The unit works great, and I was very satisfied with Mike's follow up to the project. Don't spend too much on a competitor who subsidizes their over-advertisement habit through higher prices. Robinson's competitive price, quality product, and professional staff makes them a great value. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We decided to finish a bonus room in our home and hired a GC to do the work. The GC explained that that his HVAC guy needed to install a separate, small HVAC unit because the duct run was not feasible from our current furnace. The cost was over $3k and I would have another unit to worry about. Robinson installed the existing system when the house was built, so I contacted them for an estimate. I was warned by co-workers that their pricing would be very high. They promptly gave me a very fair estimate and were able to complete the work right away. They acknowledged that the duct run would be difficult, but it could be done. They ended up saw cutting concrete and doing quite a bit of metal work to complete the job. The end result was a professional installation with great communication from the sales person and technician along the way.

I really like them. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were looking for.

I explained to Robinson Metal Inc. that I did not know what was going on. I thought it was something very simple, but they did everything that I did not suggest. When they finally did what I suggested, the machine worked fine. They just need a little work done.
