+ -1 moreDid not discover anything that we could not see for ourselves. Did provide a radon test and gave a useful printout of test results.
Description of Work: Inspected home as part of purchase agreement. Overlooked many things. We had to point out a leaking sewer pipe that needed replacing, and spliced wires on the basement floor. He tested the garbage disposal by turning it on for a second, later we found that it was not wired per code and was leaking into the lower level. His report included digital pics, which were helpful, but his wording was not clear on some items that we required the buyer to repair, causing problems later on when the buyer did what the report stated but did not fix the problem.
