Quickly, less than 2 hours

Had a pre-existing basement wall crack leak for the first time due to early March rain this year. My phone call went directly to the owner. Pleasant conversation to assess my situation and set up a time that fit my schedule to come take a look a few days later. He himself came to my house, was thorough in his inspection and recommended his patented repair giving a full explanation of why. He gave estimate on site, left, and his son called the next business day to set up the repair. Scheduling was flexible to fit my schedule. Arrived on time for repair. Two-man crew was meticulous in not making nor leaving a mess. Repair took less time and effort than estimated, and as a result my bill was adjusted on the spot to be less than the estimate. Great father and sons business that I would recommend for value, service, knowledge and attention to detail

They came out right away to give us an estimate. We liked what he told us about how they were going to repair (compared to another company that gave us an estimate). Price was fair. It was a big job, but they were in and out in 2 1/2 days, cleaned everything up nice. They were super nice and very hardworking. Can't thank them enough. They did a great job.

Great!! Jim came to do an estimate. The work was moved up 1 1/2 months for projected date. They called 40 minutes before arrival. The Pouwels team of 4 worked tirelessly to get through the cement in the window wells. Jim placed a piece on the basement wall crack (floor to ceiling) that he had patented the process. They placed protective plastic on steps and foyer floor. Cleaned up in basement and outside after their work. Very friendly and explained and showed me what they had done when they were finished. It is so nice to see drains in my window wells now to prevent water coming into my basement and the piece on the wall. The cost was very worthwhile for the amount of work they needed to do and in a timely manner.

Pouwels are busy and it took months before our job could get started. That gave us time to clean out our 30 years of basement items. They came in and worked amazingly hard and fast, while at the same time minimizing dust and mess. They did some structural repairs to our walls, but also to some of the joists in our 100+ year old house. It is hard to believe they finished in three days when you observe all of the things that they built and did. We are very impressed, and will recommend Pouwels without hesitation.

The Pouwels are very professional, experienced, competent, and reliable. Their patented system for fixing basement leaks works exceptionally well and does little to disturb the look of your basement. Fantastic. Two things stand out: 1) They take pride in their work & work ethic, and 2) They truly value the customer. If there’s one thing I look for when hiring someone, it’s “will they get the job done right, the first time.” With Pouwels, the answer is yes. Second, they were swamped with business. I had this work done over the summer of 2017 & have been meaning to do this sooner, so to Jim, Adam, and Ed, I apologize; because they made a point to put me into their busy schedule for an important repair to my wife and me, but likely less of a “money-maker” than bigger jobs. All the while, they did this inbetween jobs they had in the morning and evening. Further, I’m pretty sure they took time out of what would have been their lunch break to fit us in that day. Thus, they truly do value the customer. Result: A+. No more water. They recognized the problem, and fixed it—correctly—the first time.

it was beautiful! 2 guys showed up within 5 minutes of the time agreed upon, proceeded to install 8 I-beams that got anchored into the concrete floor on the bottom and the overhead joists on top. the job was done in much less time than I expected and the entire work scene was cleaned-- spic@span when they left/ I am impressed!

The guys from Pouwels, Jim, Adam and Ed, were all great to work with. Jim came out and looked at the situation and gave us an estimate on the spot, no waiting. Adam and Ed did the repair work and were very clean and professional about it, yet they seemed to be just regular down to earth guys. I must say, the whole process went very smooth and promptly. They were really proficient and the work was outstanding. They waterproofed the crack and cleaned up very well after they were done. Very friendly, knowledgeable and open to educate me (the customer) on what they do and why they do it. Over all great people great service. I will post more once the rainy season comes and the repair (waterproofing) holds up. The price and the promptness of the service was exceptional, compared to others (1-2 month waiting period and price was 4x more). I will definitely recommend them to friends and family that need basement work done.

Excellent, these guys know what they are talking about when it comes to foundation repairs. I have used them before for crack repair and the crack has not leaked since. They showed up in a snow storm on time and were polite and professional only took them a little more than an hour to seal up my problem and clean up after themselves. I would strongly recommend them for any foundation repair work their channel pro is affordable and just makes sense.

This is a small family business; the owner gave us the estimate, his son did the concrete work, and his nephew is doing the drywall work. Very satisfied!

I was pleased with the promptness and being on time. Called ahead to see if it was okay to come a little earlier which was nice. They cleaned up after the repair work was finished. It's too early to comment on the quality of the job as I will need to wait until spring to see if the fix is going to take care of water leaking through the cracks in the foundation.

He was very professional. He was a good man. There wasn't anything that I disliked. He is a customer of ours where I work, which is how I knew about him. Everything was good. I have no complaints at all.

Our repair appointment was rescheduled once at the last minute. Otherwise, the entire experience was wonderful. Repairs were done quickly (less than 4 hours from start to finish) and much care was taken to completely cover walking areas with plastic to protect carpets. I was very impressed with the preparation that went on before the work was begun. Work was done at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Pouwels' to anyone!

Pouwels was absolutely the best basement/foundation water problem solution contractor to work with. I had ABT and Sure-Dry, as well as another independent contractor give me their analysis and estimates in addition to Pouwels. While the others were competitive in terms of what they wanted to charge for the work they suggested, I believe they all over-sold in terms of what I actually needed to fix the water problem in my basement. They were professional and courteous and did a great job on the project, including cleaning up after themselves. I was very happy with the good explanation of the problem as they diagnosed it and the repair solution to deal with it. They are obviously very good at what they do.
