Perspective Inspection Services is a Home Inspection service founded by Tom Hermes in December of 2001.I have been providing Home Inspection and Radon detection services to the families of Wisconsin for over 13 years. I personally attend to each property to ensure the quality and completeness of work is done in a timely fashion. I take pride in collecting and reporting reliable data elements and needed information that is critical for any decision making purposes. This crucial information is converted into a thorough inspection report with pictures and an easily readable format. I provide my reports securely on the internet so they can be viewed, printed or forwarded as a link fast and easily. I am committed to providing the highest level of quality and service to my clients. I maintain both mandatory and voluntary continuing education requirements. In addition, my inspection reports are completed in compliance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and the International Code of Ethics. I’m licensed in Wisconsin and will cover any community in the state. My inspections generally take about 4 hours, your welcome to stay throughout the entire process or I can notify you near the end. The cost of my inspections are $ 300.00 or $375.00 with radon monitoring.
