+ -1 moreWe originally planned to go with a different builder, but met with Joel to get a bid. We were some impressed with his professionalism and eye for detail, that we went with him. It's a decision we are very thankful for!! He made the process easy and painless. He gave us a 'homework' list, and we went from there with the building process. The entire job took 5 months, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. He's come back a few time to wrap up loose ends and is always available for questions or concerns. If we ever build again, we'll be building with him!
Description of Work: Gmack custom built our home in 2007. He coordinated the entire process from breaking ground to putting on the last coat of paint.
