Horrible. We live out of state and came to check on the house, windows not clean, baseboards not clean, door frames not clean, toilet not clean. Wood floors not washed. What a waste of $550.
Description of Work: We hired them to deep clean our parents house before we sold it.

I'm sorry you felt you didn't get your money's worth. We strive to make sure every single cleaning is done to the best of our abilities, and customer satisfaction is super important for us. I'm not exactly sure what the issues were in this case, but I DID offer to come and clean it again personally, for free, and you refused. Appointment made for weekly services to start Friday 8AM. Individuals were supposed to be masks as we have high risk to COVID residents living here. Two people showed up, no masks, at 10:45AM under the impression they were performing a routine cleaning via an established customer. Was not contacted before or after by the owner. Would advise against using this service if you have other options unless time and safety are irrelevant to you during a global pandemic.

[Member Name Removed], we never agreed on an 8am start time, as my workers don't start anything before 9am ever, so I know that wasn't said.....period..... Furthermore, nothing was said about being high risk for Covid-19, because we take that very seriously and have masks and gloves that are worn even as we enter areas where people are at high risk for infection, or complication from infection. My workers arrived in the AM on Friday the 4th of June AS AGREED and they said you were rude, acting very strangely, and made the two girls feel very uncomfortable to be there, as you were, as they said, "very large and hostile". They told me you did not provide any information to them and just told them they couldn't "Be in there at this time", which is weird since you called us to come clean. You never told them anything about 8am start times or Covid-19 or anything of the sort. Just turned them away and that was that. I attempted to contact you via the phone number you have given on Angie's List and I got a strange message saying it was a google call to text message hub or something like that, so I was unable to get ahold of you. I'm sorry that you felt you didn't get the service you requested, but no money exchanged hands and no services were performed. I don't know why you would be so upset when it was us who had their time and money wasted driving somewhere for no reason. I will chalk this up to a miscommunication and hope you can find someone to come help you with your needs. Take care of yourself and stay safe 🙂.

They are very flexible with the time and date and are willing to work with you for special circumstances. The initial cleaning was great. The follow up cleanings have been a bit light and miss some obvious areas (sink backsplash, behind toilet, etc.); however, if you ask for something specific to be done, it is done with no problems.

When I set up an appointment for move-out cleaning, the owner seemed to know the apartment well and told me they had provided services before, the estimate given to me was $150-$280 including cleaning the carpet. Carpets were not cleaned for unknown reasons and It cost me $400. The apartment other than the carpets were cleaned well and the workers were friendly and had good manners.
