Description of Work: They were very poor in their billing. I told them I did not wish any more contacts and they bugged me for over a year. Apparently there are 2 billing services and they do not talk to each other. I thought I put everything on auto-pay. At the end of the term they told me I was behind in my bills. I paid the overdue amount but they kept calling me for payment. I explained I was through with them but they kept calling, extremely annoying. I could be coaxed to use them again if we could have gotten this straight but one office calls without any knowledge of the other.

 + -1 moreThe initial contact went fine and all seemed well, but Paul did not follow through in any way, shape or form. We will definitely not try using Evergreen again, nor can we recommend them to anyone else.
Description of Work: We contacted Paul at Evergreen a week in advance to schedule some minor electrical work, and agreed upon a date and time for him to perform the service. Paul stated he would call the evening prior to confirm. No call was received, no one showed up at the appointed time, no one called to indicate they were running late, etc. We called 30 minutes after the scheduled time and left a voicemail asking what was happening, and never received any kind of follow-up.

 + -1 moreIt went well .......every thing happended very quickly and efficiently..........
Description of Work: Electrical service up grade done at my home .....including new Breaker box to up grade service to 220 ..........burried out side wires coming to house ..... It was understandable............. Hire them you will not be disappointed.......

 + -1 moreArrived on time, helped landscapers with outside electrical wiring, even helped the plumbers who were without a grounding unit. Overall a great job and great work ethic. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Paul removed dining room chandelier, replaced with new light fixture. He checked recessed and track lighting, fixed a problem, replaced light bulbs. He removed exterior (landscape lighting) and inspected electrical service.

 + -1 moreOverall, I am vey satisfied with Evergreen, they are honest, straightforward and trustworthy. I gave them a "B" in puncuality as they cannot always arrive when promised due to running overtime on a previous job. It can be a bit frustrating but very understandable. That really should not be an issue. I reccomend Evergreen Electric.
Description of Work: I upgraded my electrical service. This included moving all external power supply wires underground. New panal inside and pedestal outside, plus ancillary services. Evergreen coordinated the project with our local power company (WPS) to get the lines burried, hooked up, etc... Prior to this Evergreen has performed several routine matenance jobs around my property. I have been pleased with the service and pricing.
