I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Alan and his crew! We hired them to paint the entire interior of our 120+year old house. They repaired drywall, filled holes, painted original word work, doors, built in, walls ceilings and closets. They were very professional, on time, finished ahead of schedule and did such an Amazing job we had them come back to do the interiors of storage cabinets. The house is over 3,000 sq ft with a lot of trim, spindles and detail. They truly transformed the look of the house for the better. We we got when it came to selling, it definitely increased the value.

Excellent results to us and visitors to our backyard deck. Far better results than expected for a deck almost 34 years old. All involved were courteous and professional to ensure we got the end product we were looking for. The suggestion of ANTI-REFLECTIVE paint now allows us to walk barefoot on the deck at any high outdoor temperature; wish we had known of this option years ago. And the lighter, brighter color improved the natural warmth of just sitting on the deck and enjoying the outdoors and pool. Thank you. Ken L.

I was thoroughly impressed. The supervisor, Jim and the painter, Alfredo showed up on time. Both very courteous, wearing masks, took their shoes off. The three of us went over what I needed done, Alfredo went to get the paint. He came back and proceeded to mask everything off, lay down the tarps to protect the stairs and did a beautiful job.

They did a good job. It was worth it. The people were very nice and fast without being messy.

CertaPro Painters; specifically Quinn, did a fantastic job. It took longer then expected, as she completed the work herself. She actually came back on a holiday (July 4th) to finish the job and was extremely thorough and pleasant, even though I'm sure she would have much rather have been with her family. When all was said and done - the finished product was amazing and I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters and Quinn!

Sales person and production manager were very professional and gave clear and detailed information about the project beforehand. There were numerous follow ups from the main office regarding the schedule and the production manager came out with the crew prior to work starting to review and go over all details, asking many questions to verify our wants and needs. The crew was timely and conscientious in their work and the project went exactly as promised.

Without a hitch! First off, I would like to say that our one man team named Walt was excellent! He was prompt, always kept us up to date on what was done that day and what to expect the next. He was very respectful of my health condition so always texted rather than knocking on the door. The work he did was amazing! Our house looks fabulous and now I wonder why we waited so long to do it! The price was fair and I can say that I would reuse Certa Pro because I already have. Three years ago they did a good deal of interior painting for us as well.

CertaPro of Northeast Wisconsin generously donated their time and talent to paint the interior of a classroom at Washington Middle School - a challenged school in the Green Bay area. This was part of a community project, via Leadership Green Bay, to remodel a unused classroom to act as a mindfulness space for students who struggle with emotions. Alan and his team were wonderful to work with and the paint job looks phenomenal. I would highly recommend CertaPro for any painting services. They are a wonderful supporter of our community!

Great ! Bruce was very helpful and had answers to all of our questions. Jennifer was great with a better idea on some colors that would work better. Darren did a fantastic job, and did it in a short period of time with a minimal disruption to our life. Overall I would give them an A++ . Fantastic job, and fantastic people

Went very well. Needed more coats then anticipated due to previous darker colors.

The estimate took place a few days after the initial request and the actual painting took place weeks earlier than I anticipated. The entire process was smooth and stress-free and I feel was a great value for the services performed.

Just everything. They did a great job. They were really neat. They have an in house designer that helps you pick out paint colors, at no extra charge. They did the job in one day, and they were very quick. They have nothing to improve on. Everything was great. Its hard for me to say about the price, because the rest of my house was painted by my friend's sister, and she is really cheap.

CertaPro did an outstanding job - I felt I was in good hands throughout the process. From the sales rep to the painters to the office manager, everyone was polite, professional, and did their jobs well! The lead paint was contained, everything was cleaned up properly, and there was minimal damage to the flowers! They arrived when they said they would, and, because of a rain delay, worked on the weekend to complete the job on time.

Certa Pro was very good to work with, from getting a free estimate, to communicating with us regarding paint days, to follow up. Our painter was very conscientious, timely, respectful and did a great job!

It was a very positive experience. The painters were courteous, friendly and very tidy. The overall process took a little longer than originally quoted during the estimate, but the work was well done. Communication and responsiveness to our concerns was very quick and thorough.

CertaPro painters pressure washed and put two coats of paint on my mobile home, mobile home roof, and shed.They were very professional and did a good job.

They were willing to do just the gable ends of the house, where ladders were required, as I preferred to do the other areas myself. In one area, access is very limited, and they had to use a ladder on top of an out building to reach the gable. They did so safely, without incident (or complaint) and effectively. Siding looks much better. It is 30+ years old, so did take the stain somewhat unevenly, as might be expected.

The crew (3 men) was prompt, personable and seemed to understand how the work was to be allotted by individual. They worked 10 hrs. the first day and had every thing neatly cleaned up before they left. The next morning they arrived on time and began doing 2nd coats. By late afternoon there seemed to be an urgency to get their work wrapped up and everything cleaned up ASAP. They were pleasant throughout. They had again worked 10 hrs. They all seemed to have plans so I briefly looked around and signed the form approving the work done. Over the next few days we noticed several areas of variation (lighter & darker) areas and where the original paint could be seen through the new paint. One patch 2" x 3" was not painted at all. Some sections looked as though a second coat was not completed. There were ladder marks in one area of a wall near the ceiling. Spatters were found on woodwork, a file cabinet and TV console by the cleaning lady, as well as original paint (eggshell) showing through the new blue paint upstairs. A visitor noted 2 large areas over the fireplace varied in color (a lighter shade) as compared to the rest. My husband called the Service Manager to explain the issues we'd become aware of. He said he would contact the crew supervisor to have him contact us and set up a date they could come to resolve these issues after the holidays. My husband received a call early Jan. to set up a Saturday they could complete the work. They (2 of the orig. crew) were professional and apologized for the need to come back to make things right. Everything was made right during that Saturday. The Service Manager also called to ask if we felt the issues were addressed properly and resolved. We felt they were and appreciated the professional attitudes the crew displayed while back to fix our issues. We will use them again.

Alan Phillips of CetraPro Painters had a great presentation; very professional and engaging. He promised the work would be done quickly and efficiently and he delivered. The crew of four or five guys showed up on the dot in the morning and began scraping and preparing the surface. By noon, they had applied the first coat. They returned in the afternoon and applied the second coat. Their work was very clean and professional, no messes or drips to be seen. I am very satisfied with the job they performed.

The painters were very prompt and courteous. Did not leave a mess when they left that evening. All the rooms and ceilings were painted to our satisfaction. They covered the UGLY military green kitchen we were anxiously waiting to get rid of! Also had a dark accent wall painted and it turned out beautiful. Our whole experience from start to finish was exceptional!
