I sent an email to Bay Pest through home advisor on the 4th of July. weekend. I can't believe I got a call back within 1/2 an hour! How stellar is THAT responsiveness?

I was impressed with Scott's knowledge of what had to be done but more importantly for me I appreciated his kindness, patience and understanding of my worries about the issue. He explained each step he would be taking, gave me suggestions on steps I could take for the future and then when he was done he actually showed me everything he had done. As someone that had no experience with a pest control issue previously the attention to detail was very much appreciated. I have already recommended Bay Area Pest Control to a number of co-workers and friends.
