They came the same day I called. They went above and beyond, they checked out another concern I had in addition to the reason for initial call and gave me a resolution for the other problem as well. This was the fastest response I've ever had. It took me longer to fill out the online form than it did for Scott to call and come out to my home for service. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and reassured me that if there was a continuing issue, he could come back out.

Scott was outstanding!!! Still working on catching the squirrel that got away with the bait the first time. He doesn't come just two times and say that is all we could do. Very fast service and courteous!! I have hired him for the spring to spray for bugs and insects. First time I ever had mice and if they return I will be calling Scott again!!!

Scott was at my house in Two Rivers little more than an hour after my first contact: not an emergency, just worked that way (from DePere). He killed a wasp nest in one of my trees threatening neighborhood families. Never had this done before so hard to compare cost of service, but I was satisfied with fee and very pleased with service.
