I initially contacted another provider based on a recommendation by my plumber. That person was very busy so he passed me on to Shane from LT Heating and Air. Shane came over immediately after receiving the call from the other provider, which was ~6:30 at night on a Monday. He found the problem immediately (a circuit component was reversed in the outdoor power panel). Because it only took him a few minutes to fix, he did not charge me for the service. Wow! Shane's contact information is now programmed into my smart phone. This was a very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: Provider came to repair my non-functioning air conditioner.

They were the only ones that were able to install the kind of air conditioner I wanted. They were not really responsive as far as calling back but they do a good job on installation. I will use them again in the future.
