cable tv service
 + -1 moreThe owner of the company did agree to have a technician come out and re-install the service. However, when the technician came, he didn't give me ample time to answer the door and instead went around back, re-installed the cables, and phoned me and was extremely rude to me on the phone, not allowing me to speak at all. I wrote a letter of complaint to the owner but never received a response back from him.
Description of Work: CTI cut my satellite dish cables (without informing me) that were installed by a rival company. CTI claimed they had "exclusive rights" to install satellite services on all properties managed by our condo's management company. This "verbal agreement" was entered into by a former employee of the management company and the current staff was not aware of this arrangement. Further, as homeowners, any such agreement would have had to be approved by the homeowners condo board association and it was not. I complained initially to CTI who was very rude to me. Then I called the management company and asked them to intervene. The management company arranged to have my service restored at no cost to myself.
