Overall, this was a good experience. I live in DeForest and when our pipe leading away from our shower broke, we called CaPaul Plumbing - since we wanted to stay within our community for our repair needs. My husband called the number for CaPaul Plumbing, which we found on Angie's List, and left a message on Friday. However, he received no call back all day. I was not happy with that! So, on Monday I called and left a message stating that we found his business on Angie's List and if he was too busy, to please let us know so we can look elsewhere for a plumber. Within an hour JIm called back and within 2 hours he was at our house. Jim also provided us with an estimate to replace our tub, and told us to look for a Kohler tub online. He told us we could use the 20% discount that is listed on Angie's List for this instead of the repair work he did on the pipe! And he told us he could likely get us a lower price on the Kohler tub of our choice! To be continued :)...

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom which caused us to replace the entire tub and tear down the drywall below the bathtub. I received a recommendation for Capaul Plumbing through a friend of mine who is also in the construction trades. Jim is one of the most pleasant people I've ever hired to do repairs around my house. During one of the worst snow storms of the winter Jim still kept his appointment and installed the tub very quickly. All work was completed on time, on budget, and done professionally.
