+ -1 moreWe have a very old and drafty house and I noticed over the winter that the door Bill installed was the only place in our house without a draft. He was very professional, courteous and did a terrific job. We need a couple of more doors replaced and will definitely call Bill.

+ 0 moreMr. Beckman is a personable carpenter/handyman with reasonable hourly rates. We had a list of things we asked him to address. The list included repairing a stair rail, replacing water damaged areas under the kitchen sink,and installing shelves in a closet. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. There was a question about the placement of the closet shelves, when called Mr. Beckman returned and adjusted the shelves to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: We have hired Bill many times over the past few years. This last time he installed a new front door, and designed and built new porch pillars to match. It was a stunning "makeover" for our house. He is an artist as well as a craftsman and versatile handyman. He has done beautiful tile work, concrete work, painting, and carpentry. Highly recommended!

+ -1 moreHe put up marble subway tile in my kitchen. He did the work to my satisfaction. He did a beautiful job and after completing it, he cleaned up after himself. I had called somebody that the tile store had recommended expecting that they would make an appointment to come and look and see what I want it done, and the guy just said it is going to be $600, and I said you do not even want to come and look at, and he goes nope, it is always $600, and I said I do not want to do business with you, so I called Bill and he made an appointment within a couple of days of my phone call and then got back to me when he said he was going to, and it worked out very well. I would definitely use him again in the future, and I have already got him lined up for my bathroom work.
Description of Work: Bill Beckman did some tile work for me in February 2012.

+ 1 moreBill is awesome. He is skilled, smart, cheerful, has great aesthetic sense and can figure out how to do whatever you need done; or if he's not the person for the job, he'll tell you and help you find someone who is and help get them to your door.
Description of Work: Building custom storage shelving for garage; installing clotheslines, doorstop, fixing door. In the past we have hired Bill for many other things: tile installation, painting, carpentry, etc.
