Went very well. The main service was to the box. Some breakers had too big a load and he corrected it by moving appliance to a little used circuit.

The office assistant was great on the phone - she was professional and courteous. She did warn me that the workers were scheduled about three weeks out, which was fine. After two weeks I still hadn't received a call to schedule the work. It was then that I found out through my plumber that they had so much work that they couldn't do it all. A phone call from the receptionist relaying this information would have enabled me to move on to a different provider more quickly. I have worked with this company in the past and have had good experiences, but the communication in this case was not ideal. They either need to refuse the work straight away or hire additional workers to keep up with the workload. I may still try to use this provider again in the future, and if I do and have a good experience, I will write another review to express that positive experience. My D grade for and quot;Responsivenessand quot; was due to the providers inability to serve the customer in a timely fashion, and the B grade for and quot;Professionalismand quot; reflects an A grade for the initial contact with the office assistant but countered with the lack of communication thereafter.

Art's has been servicing our equipment for three years now. They have always been responsive and on-time with appointments as well as technically proficient. When we had previous unscheduled service needs they were prompt in sending help. I also contracted them over a year ago to install a garage furnace and their work was done well, on time, and within quote. The equipment performs as expected.

They are the best. They are on time. They are good at scheduling things ahead of time and sticking to it. I think their price is below average. We have always been surprised at what they charge. Their employees have always been really good. I have nothing negative to say about them.

They showed up promptly when we requested an estimate on replacing our Central Gas Heat and A/C and had some good suggestions on upgrading the ductwork along with the new Central Heat and A/C. Unfortunately they never got back to us with the actual estimate and failed to return repeated calls after 3 weeks. They finally called back after 4 weeks and said they did not want to provide an estimate for us since they prefer to work on new homes only. This is decidedly odd since in 2000 they upgraded our A/C (at a previous address) and we were happy with their work.It would have been OK if they had told us right away that they no longer do upgrades/replacements. Instead they wasted our time and made us wait for 4 weeks for their estimate.

They did extremely well. It was the middle of December and it was below freezing. They got here as soon as they could get here to fix it. They did a temporary job until they could get the new furnace in a couple of days later. As soon as it came in they were back and installed it in a few hours.
