His estimate was quite reasonable and he made it clear he could committ to my ASAP timeline. Best of all, he an his crew arrived on time, were polite & friendly and did a Top Notch job. The windows and screens of my new home, which clearly hadn't been washed in years, were sparkling clean by the time they were done.
