If there was an and quot;A +and quot; rating to give, I would use it for Jerry! Without risking hyperbole, I feel that Jerry and his team restored my faith in humanity! We are in the process of preparing our house for sale and noticed that part of the brick on our house appeared to be literally falling from the walls. Panic! We called another company for an estimate and explained that we wanted to repair it well, but not spend a fortune. The other company didn't really listen and offered only one proposal (which involved 3 times the expense and a major overhaul). When we met with Jerry, we were immediately impressed with his professionalism, expertise and willingness to help us find the best solution for our particular situation. He prepared a proposal with two options (BOTH affordable and viable for us). We opted for the more comprehensive (expensive) one. Here's the really astounding part: when Jerry got into the job and realized that the cheaper option would work just fine for our situation, he actually counseled us to spend LESS money. Such integrity and human decency is a rarity! The work was superb and first-rate. It looks wonderful! He did a great job of matching finicky brick and cleaned up everything afterwards. Punctual, responsive and fantastic workmanship. A real artisan. I cannot say enough about Jerry and his company. We give him 6 stars and highly recommend him for anyone who needs masonry work. They first brought their books. We discussed my options and my budget. They were extremely affordable. They were less than half than one of the estimates I received. They started to use the wrong color grout. I said something and they were very appreciative. They fixed it with no problems and complaints. They were responsive to my requests and cleaned up well. I really liked their service and I have recommended them to friends. He took his time to go through things and explain everything effectively. He came back to drill a screw in my wall at no additional cost. He was very professional and very personable. If I have any more masonry work, I will use his services again.
