Very professional. Very very satisfied.

I hired Dan to lay retaining block and pavers. The total job was around 1,200 square ft. pavers and the retaining wall Dan quoted me $8,000 - $10,000 and the job was to take up to 3 weeks. We did have some changes that were made, we did add 14 steps (7 steps on each side of the patio). After 3 weeks of work we had the steps in, and one of the 4 retaining walls. This wall is about 14 ft long 4 ft High at a cost of $13,000. Things were installed crooked, not level. I finished the retaining wall myself ( about 50' long and 2-3' high). I called Dan back for a price on the pavers, now he tells me an additional $15,000 for the pavers that were to be included in the original bid of 8 to 10,000 dollars, which was also in the original bid now an additional 15,000 is completely out of line! Beware, no contract, he said he did not need one with me, and he only wanted to get paid by the hour, not the job. So original bid of $8,000-10,0000, I paid $13,000 and got got 1/3 of my job done! I feel I was taken advantage of. Dan sounds as he cares, but the fact remains he never laid a single paver and installed 14 feet of wall and 14 steps with pillars that I helped with. This was for labor only I bought any and all materials.

I paid him and never showed.

Hired for painting, this progressed to CUSTOM plaster work and carpentry. Dan is conscientious and personable. I will really miss him when he is done.

Dan was very respectful of our home, explanation of work was given, and he went right to work. Windows were cleaned and job well done. Very timely manner and job well done. Will be having him come back in spring to do all windows at our home.

He does a great job and perfects at what he does. The price is good.
