Ryan has been assisting us with a bunch of plumbing/bathroom renovation projects as we bring our 1980's home into this century. Friendly, fast, reliable and does great work. He will be our go-to guy always!

Workers were here by 7 am to evaluate the problem. They were back within a couple of hours with a new hot water heater and the whole project was done by 11:00.

I was contacted quickly (within an hour) and the plumbing job was easily scheduled. Ryan Lepak asked for a digital pic in preparation for the job and it was scheduled within the week. He did the repair, showing me faulty parts and explained the reason to replace as needed. He purchased the parts and both sink faucet and tub faucet work like new. It was done correctly, cleanly, quickly, and was a pleasant experience. I expected the cost to be more than estimated, considering the need for parts, but parts were included. It cost less than expected, and was reasonable. This plumber exceeded my expectations.

Fast, efficient and friendly

Ryan called me within about 2 hours of me inquiring about me water heater job gave me a quote that was less than a larger company, we set up a day and time for install. He showed up about 10 minutes early, and was done with the water heater installation/removal of old one, and clean up, in a little over an hour!! ?

UPDATE- after posting a review on Angi I was contacted and Ryan did come and move plumbing at no charge. Very polite.Original post - Very responsive to put a bid in. Came and did the job. Did not place plumbing in the desired location. When brought to his attention. Said it would be fine. After vanity arrived and plumbing was obviously not fine. Contacted Ryan through text. He said he stop In that Friday to move to plumb. Ryan no-showed. Contacted again through text. Again he said that Friday. And again he no-showed. Now after multiple texts, he does not reply. I paid him top dollar for a half days work. And am very dissatisfied with his customer relations.

Ryan replaced and installed a new water heater. He scheduled my project within a couple of days of my request. Ryan was a nice guy and was very knowledgeable and professional. He also replaced a toilet for me.

He was very friendly, and he finished the job quickly.
