Description of Work: We were torn between living in our home that was for sale and showing it ourselves or moving to our new location which we had purchased. Our resourceful realtor presented Showhomes' services and were on board immediately. The house was staged beautifully for listing photos, then 2 house managers moved in to spruce up the house perfectly every time it was shown. This was a winter sale so they shovelled drives and walks and kept things tidy outside. The noticed some hot water heater leakage that immediately was caught and fixed. Their furnishings were beautiful, upscale and staged professionally. The feedback that we received was great and we sold our home in 6 weeks, with competition in the neighborhood. There was a 90 day close and the house managers maintained the home beautifully, cleaning it professionally before walk thru on closing day. Since we were 8 hours away, it was very comforting knowing that a responsible couple was in the house and it was safe and well taken care of , especially in winter, which can be a challange, Well-meaning neighbors could not have done this job. Selling a home in this crazy market, and in winter was seemingly impossible, but with Showhomes and our very capable realtor, we were relieved of the worry of being far away and knew that during a showing everything would be beautifully appointed.
