Description of Work: A new garage door opener needed to be installed. When phone contact was made all options and prices were quoted to me to help in my decision. I was able to schedule a service call within a day and the installation was done efficiently and the provider was prompt and professional. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: I called them to set up an appointment to repair my garage door. I made the call on Saturday. I got an answering service which was not unreasonable for a Saturday. I left a message and much to my suprise someone called me back Saturday and we set an appointnment for what I thought was Monday PM. They didn't show or call. I assumed that I may have been wrong so I let it slide to Tuesday PM. They didn't show or call. Today is Wednesday and they still haven't shown up ou called. So basically no service was performed.

+ -1 moreI appreciated the fact that Ron did not try to sell me a new opener. He saved me nearly $200 by just replacing the broken gear. He explained what he was doing and had the entire job done in only 1 hour. He also talked to me about the garage door itself and how much longer it would last, since it is the original wooden door. I am very happy with the experience.
Description of Work: I had a garage door that would not open. The door had previously come down very hard and fast from being half way up. In the process, the opener became defective. I thought that it would need to be replaced. I had found a 2 foot spring on the garage floor a month earlier, but wasn't sure where it came from. Ron replaced the broken spring along the other 3 that were old and stretched out. He also only had to replace the plastic gear inside the opener instead of the entire unit.

+ -1 moreMark was great with suggestions during the estimate portion. The company was great with answering all questions that I had during the process. The doors were replaced in one week. Todd replaced the doors and was great with my seven year olds questions about doors and openers. The company did a great job and I would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Replaced two garage doors - one single and one 2 car. Also, replaced existing opener on 2 car and added opener to 1 car garage.

+ -1 moreI CAN'T TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY NEVER TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME (BEING IN A BIND)AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. THE FIRST CALL FOR THE DOOR: THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE EMERGENCY TODAY: THE SCHEDULER HAD RON COME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND WITHIN HOURS THE DOOR WAS WORKING FINE AND I WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE CALL. BEFORE MOVING TO MILWAUKEE, I HAD USED A NATIONAL COMPANY, AND I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY HERE AT MY NEW CITY.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO REPLACE THE DOOR OPENER WHEN THE OLD ONE DIED. THE REP CAME OUT, GAVE ME A PRICE (THIS WAS A SALES SPECIAL TOO) AND THE NEXT MORNING ANOTHER PERSON CAME OUT AND INSTALLED THE OPENER. THE PRICE ($250.00) WAS GOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. TODAY, I HAD THEM OUT BECAUSE THE DOOR WOULDN'T CLOSE. THE ROLLERS OF THE VERY OLD DOOR WERE RUSTED AND IT WAS CATCHING SO THE PERSON CAME OUT AND OILED THE DOOR AND GOT IT TO WORK SMOOTHLY. RON CAME OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY EMERGENCY CALL AND THE ONLY CHARGE WAS FOR A SERVICE CALL.
