Klaudia responded immediately to a call for an estimate. She and John came to look at the job the same day. Luckily they were able to put me in their schedule for the Saturday just a few days later. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned beyond my expectations. The price was fair for the work done. Very pleasant and professional to work with. We put a request on Home Advisor the morning of September 14th as we needed a cleaning company to do a one time clean of our home before a weekend where we would be having family and friends over. We sent over a list of rooms and what we needed done in each room. Klaudja called me and asked to see the house - and she mentioned that it would be a more accurate quote if she could come out and see in addition to the requests we made. I agreed and we set a time for later that evening once I returned home from work. On September 14th, Klaudja met me at my house just before 5 pm. We walked through the portions of the house we wanted clean, discussed what would need to be done, and she let me know that she would be bringing two other people with her to clean. I explained that our furniture would be moved from our main rooms and they would be empty rooms to sweep or vacuum, mop, and dust. In addition to the main floor, there would be 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to be cleaned. We toured every room and Klaudja took notes as we walked. She also provided me a price which we verbally agreed upon and we set a time for the date she would be showing up (October 4th). She gave me her card and I made a note on her card about the time, date, and price we agreed upon. The service we needed was for one day only, as we would be setting up tables and chairs immediately after they left from cleaning and we would be getting ready for a weekend party. Klaudja knew of our time-sensitive project and she touched base with me the day before. She arrived on time with one other person who appeared to be her husband. All of our furniture had been moved, all counters cleared off, all bedrooms tidied up (nothing on the floors to clean around other than big furniture) and all bathroom counters had been cleared for an easy clean. The couple began cleaning and approximately 20 minutes later came up to us and told us the price would be an extra $100 than what they originally quoted us ($175). They were now asking $280. They explained that the house now "looked bigger" that what they saw during the walk through and they would not be able to clean for the price previously provided. Even though they had offered a walk through as a way to get an accurate price, they were now asking for more than 1.5 times more money than the original quote. We asked them to honor their original quote and finish the job which they refused. They then told us that we were "too messy". THEY ARE A CLEANING COMPANY, AND ALL OF OUR FURNITURE AND COUNTER SPACES WERE CLEARED BEFORE THEY ARRIVED. All we asked them to do was sweep/vacuum, and mop the floors where applicable. Dust/vacuum for cobwebs, wipe off counter spaces and windows easily accessible, and clean the bathrooms. There was no clutter to pick up or clean around, no furniture to clean on or around on the main level, all counter tops were already cleaned. Once they would not complete the service for the price they originally quoted, we asked them to leave. We ended up cleaning the space ourselves with everything we asked them to do. It took two people two hours to clean the entire space - and they were asking for $280 for the work. We even offered them our vacuum and mop to use in addition. Would not ever recommend. Terrible business ethic. Even if you misquote, you should confront the owner before the job begins and allow for more time for them to find a replacement.

I have had Klaudia come to clean my house for several months now. I like the fact that it is always Klaudia, herself, and then another consistent team member coming to clean. She/they do a consistent great job of cleaning and vacuuming my 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, and living room, etc. She is thorough and so fast at cleaning. Klaudia is easy to schedule with and always texts the day before to remind me of the time (which is very consistent which I really appreciate). I highly recommend Klaudia to anyone looking for someone to do an amazing job.

Excellent. I agree with all other A comments. She brings a positive energy and spirit. I am home with large shedding dog. Glad she has never complained about dog hair! When first hired, we went on tour & gave her list of what I did NOT want cleaned. If there is a special product I want her to use, she remembers.
